What we collect and why, and our legal basis
Your name, company, job title, work email, phone number and anything you tell us in an enquiry; and, with your consent, information from cookies about how you use the site. We do not collect identity or immigration documents through this website.
To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals: our legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take before a contract.
To send the checklist and occasional follow-up about our services to business contacts: our legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time. Where you are a sole trader or partnership, we ask for your consent first.
To deliver services to clients: performance of our contract.
To keep financial records: legal obligation.
Who we share it with and transfers outside the UK
Our website host (Wix), email provider (Microsoft), accountant and professional advisers, only as needed. We never sell personal data.
Some providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.
How long we keep it and your rights
Enquiries that don’t lead to work: up to 2 years. Client records: 6 years after the work ends, for tax and legal reasons.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it (including stopping marketing at any time), or move it. To make a request, email us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
